How often will Bókun Tides happen?
Every few months, timed around the operator calendar and never in peak season. May ’26 was the first edition; this is the second.

Who gets the new AI features?
They’re included in Start, Plus and Premium plans, for a limited time, with no credits or add-ons. The AI Product Importer and AI Descriptions are rolling out to existing operators on those plans now.
Do the AI features book or change anything without me?
No. The AI booking agent drafts a booking from what you paste, forward, upload or say; you review it and click Complete booking. Wherever AI does the work in Bókun, you’ll see the Bókun AI tag, and you always confirm.
Do the AI features cost extra?
No. They’re included in your Start, Plus and Premium plans for a limited time. There are no credits, no add-ons and no surcharges.
Can the AI booking agent read WhatsApp messages?
Yes, when you share them with it. Paste the message or upload a screenshot, and the agent drafts the booking for you to review. It doesn’t connect to WhatsApp directly, so nothing comes in automatically.
